We would like to remind you that Les Reines jewelry is purely handmade, so the final product you receive may differ slightly from the product image on our website or social media. To ensure customer satisfaction, please note that we have a quality control process before items are sent out to our customers. In the unlikely event that an item is faulty, or you have changed your mind, we will repair, replace, exchange or refund the item within 14 days of your purchase.

Please note that Les Reines will not accept returns if you have not taken appropriate care of your jewelry as set out in our care guide.

For refund requests, kindly send us an e-mail at info@atelierlesreines.comincluding your order details (order number, name, e-mail address, postal address and phone number) and the reason for refund. You will be refunded by the original payment method once the product has arrived back to us and passes our quality inspection after we have validated that it has not been used.

All items being returned must be in original saleable condition and must not be worn or damaged. Please return your items in their original Les Reines packaging, and ensure you return the item safely with a tracking number. Les Reines is not responsible for returns which are damaged or lost during transit.

Shipping costs in all return and exchange processes are to be paid by the customer.
