WHERE IS YOUR JEWELRY MADE?

Les Reines jewelry is designed & crafted in Grand Bazaar, Istanbul.

WHAT IS YOUR JEWELRY MADE FROM?

Our jewelry is 24k gold plated on brass.  We use a variety of semi-precious natural stones.

IS YOUR JEWELRY NICKEL FREE?

Yes, all Les Reines jewelry is nickel and lead free. Production held in compliance with European standards.

CAN I EXCHANGE EARRINGS?

Unfortunately, refunds of earrings are not accepted for hygienic purposes.

CAN I WEAR MY JEWELRY IN WATER?

We recommend that you do not wear your Les Reines jewelry during shower, swimming, exercising and sleeping.  Also, make sure to avoid contact with perfumes, makeup, creams, chlorine and other chemicals, as these substances will cause the jewelry to tarnish or fade.

HOW DO I CLEAN MY JEWELRY?

The best way to clean your Les Reines jewelry is to lightly use a cotton or microfiber cloth.  Make sure not to rub too hard or too much, as this could remove some of the 24k gold plating.  To clean pearls and other precious and  semi-precious natural stones, lightly wipe with a soft damp cloth.

CAN YOU REPAIR MY JEWELRY?

No, we do not have repair service in Luxembourg.

We would like to remind that the final product that you receive may slightly different than the product image on website or social media as all jewelries are purely handmade. We have quality check steps before being sent out to our customers. In the unlikely event that if the item is faulty, instead of repair (because it may take a long time & be costly for you to send the item to our atelier in Istanbul) we can refund the faulty item when you return it within 14 days of your purchase.

Please return your item in its original Les Reines packaging and ensure returning the item in safe package, with tracking number. 

The return requests are not evaluated after 14 days of your purchase.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is confirmed, we will send you an email with tracking number.  Please use this tracking number to track your order via the courier’s online tracking service. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TO TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We ship your orders in 3 - 5 business days, with an expected delivery to Luxembourg in 3 - 5 working days and to out of Luxembourg (Europe) within 7 working days. Days might vary as per carrier operations. Out of Europe deliveries might take longer time.
